ACADEMY TEAM

The Academy is the starting point for drivers who want to race under the Azzurro name. Before reaching the Academy, drivers have the opportunity to develop within our Development Team, where they receive guidance, build their skills, and learn what it takes to compete as part of a team. Drivers who show the right level of pace and discipline are given the opportunity to be promoted to the Academy Team. It is a structured environment focused on growth, discipline, and learning how to compete as part of a team.
Driver development
Coached practice sessions, telemetry review, and race debriefs help Academy drivers build speed and consistency.
